Jillian's Sweet Treats was born from a simple conviction: that the best desserts are made slowly, by hand, with ingredients you can trust. We opened our doors in East Alton's Eastgate Plaza to create a space where craftsmanship meets community.

Every croissant is folded at dawn. Every tart is filled the same morning it's served. Our coffee is sourced from roasters who share our respect for the craft. This isn't mass production — it's a dedication to doing one thing exceptionally well.
